That perfect stretch of Trout Water or the Ranch backed up to the National Forest is becoming increasingly harder to find. It takes a more aggressive approach in finding these properties these days. Our approach to a Buyers Agency is different from most brokerages, we do not depend on the MLS or what was advertised in the recent real estate publication, most of our work is done through our own extensive field work. As your Buyers Agent, I work solely in your best interest. First, I get to know what your target property is and the strategy and the condition in which you wish to purchase the property. We cover all of Montana and Wyoming, and are very familiar with the high recreational areas of both states. It may be that we already know where your target property is, or we will have a good idea where to find it.
